2023 was an enormous year for me, moving in my second year in karting from regional races to national races with a new team, I learned to race at the top of the field in a new category at 9 new circuits and competed in 2 national championships. I had a blast. Here is a lap of the tracks I competed at in the British Kart Championship. This is a VR edition of the Final of the 2021 Turkey Trot. You'll need a VR device or scroll around with your phone/use the controls on the web page to look around. This is my fourth time at Clay Pigeon Raceway where I was competing in the Turkey Trot, we had 2 days at Clay, day 1 was a practice day where I started on a set of Mojo slicks, but switched to Maxxis tyres halfway through to get practiced on these tyres as I've never used them before and they are harder than Mojos. I qualified 11th in this session I had a spin leaving the pits as I tried to get my tyres up to temperature as well as being hit into the hairpin which knocked me back 4 places. I regained a place near the end. Overall, I was happy with my performance. Looking forward to coming back here.

I wanted to show a bit behind what happens on race day, including the journey to the track, preparation, warm-up and weigh bridge as well as the return to the paddock and the team tent. I will show more of these types of video if they're interesting - let me know in the comments below.
This was my first weekend racing at Clay Pigeon, and the second session that I went out. In the first session, I had to come back to the pits to change spark plug, so it's not a very interesting video. I was practicing the track and getting used to race days. I did well, consistently improving my times and won the novice trophy on the race day. I hope you like the new format of video with 2 cameras (on practice days) and the data overlay from the onboard telemetry. I'll be playing with the format as I learn how to make this better.
